Please note that Swamiji will be available only on the above-mentioned days and dates so please book accordingly.

Initiation

• Please note that initiation approval emails will be sent separately from Swamiji's office by October end. Therefore applicants are requested to make bookings only after receipt of email.
• Those who have not applied for initiation are requested to not book during dates of initiation as there will not be any discourse or personal meetings during those days.
• Please only book your stay on the dates set aside for initiation if your request for initiation has been approved.
• Submission of the initiation approval letter at the front office is mandatory for scheduling your initiation meeting. 

Personal Meetings

• Please fill out this form in advance if you are interested in a personal meeting with Swamiji. 
• Please note that you will only get an email if your personal meeting has been approved.
• At least three days before the event, you will be notified via email regarding the outcome of your request.
• Earlier approved personal meetings are not valid for this event.
• Submission of the personal meeting approval letter at the front office is mandatory for scheduling of this meeting.

Important Notes

• All those seeking initiation/personal meetings should be mandatorily present in the Ashram for three nights for easy scheduling.
• Accommodation will be available in the dormitory, and you can upgrade to a room on arrival. Rooms will be available on a twin-sharing basis.
• Please follow this link for directions to reach the ashram.
• There will be no check-in to the Ashram post 8pm on any day. Please make alternative arrangements to stay at a nearby hotel in Solan or Rajgarh if your arrival is post 8pm.

You are required to make a donation of Rs 1150 per person for each day of your stay. The donation covers the cost of three meals, evening tea, and dormitory accommodation. The payment once done is non-refundable.

If you would like to donate anything in addition or would like to contribute to Ashram projects, you can do so. It will be greatly appreciated.
